I went to a blacklight party this weekend, and I thought this was a perfect example of self-validation and marking one's territory. There was a girl from Brazil there, and she drew her country's flag. Other people drew pictures and wrote their name. I even saw the hand outline and it reminded me of the hand prints on the cave walls!
