I thought this was so awesome. On Thursday, President Haas held virtual office hours. Anyone could log on and ask him any question they wanted. I didn't ask anything, but I watched the live stream. Sometimes I am anti-technology, but I think this is a great way to allow the president to really interact with the students and staff. I even wonder if this kind of thing could be used with government figures.
